Please remember that heavy, live, or oversized products may require an extra shipping charge due to their weight or size. Regular Delivery
Allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery of in-stock items. Very large or heavy items may take longer.
Rush Delivery
Most orders placed by 10 a.m. MT Monday to Friday can be shipped 2 to 3 business-day arrival within the continental U.S. for an additional $15. Rush delivery for oversized or furniture items is available only by quote from one of our product specialists at 1-800-940-1170.

Standard Delivery includes furniture unassembled and delivered in a box to your doorstep
Premium Setup for Furniture
You can arrange to have furniture preassembled, brought to your home and placed at your discretion. The additional charge for this service varies by item; the minimum charge is $150. Please call 1-800-940-1170 to receive a quote.
Plant Delivery
Orders for live plants are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Then our growers ship the plants via FedEx for 2 to 3 day delivery. Plants and containers sometimes ship separately. Oversized plants may incur an additional delivery charge. Because every living plant is unique, the one you receive will vary somewhat from its depiction. Due to weather and other conditions beyond our control, shipment may be delayed or a similar plant of equal or greater value may be substituted.
Alaska/Hawaii Delivery
Standard delivery available on select items for an additional $10 shipping surcharge; excludes furniture, oversized items, live goods, edible products, and hazardous materials.
Gift Boxing
We offer custom gift boxing, complete with ribbon and a personal message, on many items for an additional $4.95 per item. If gift boxing is available for an item in your Shopping Cart, simply click on the "Add Gift Box" checkbox. You will be given the option of adding a personalized Gift Message during checkout.
